The General Education Department entrusted the task of distribution of textbooks with KBPS vide G.O. (Rt.) No. 5267/2009/G.Edn dated 15/12/2009 during the academic year 2010-11. Unlike the earlier years, the distribution of textbooks up to School Co-operative Society level is entrusted with us in 2010-11. The distribution of textbooks was a challenge and we are all geared up to take the challenge.

After finishing the printing and binding of textbooks, required numbers of textbooks are trasported to 14 Hub Centres in 14 districts where sorting and delivery for thevarious School Co-operative Societies in the concerned districts are done.Textbooks intended by School Co-operative Societies are delivered from Hub Centres and the the textbooks are collected by each school from the concerned School Co-operative Societies.Online Logistics Management System is used for efficient, smooth and time bound completion of the distribution process.

KBPS successfully completes the distribution of Volume I textbooks before reopening of the Schools and subsequently the distribution of Volume II and Volume III textbooks every year. From the academic year, 2021-22, KBPS engaged M/s. Kudumbasree Mission for all works related to distribution such as sorting and deliver from 14 Hub Centre.
